This opening workout of the European Calisthenics Fair 2023 marks the start of the event and is focused on Calisthenic for youth.
Located in the main workout area 1 of the venue, visitors will find many different calisthenics workshops hosted by local communities and professional trainers. Wheter you’ve come to just take a look or want to get active and join in on the fun, this workout provides something for everyone.
